AJB Subsea Srl provides strategic advisory and international business development in subsea technologies and maritime operations. Most intermediaries understand the product but not the mission — we understand both. Two decades inside NATO maritime operations mean we read a requirement the way an end-user does, and translate it into deployable, sovereign and industrially sustainable capability.

We work with technology developers entering new markets, with navies and integrators seeking trusted capability, and with investors needing informed diligence in the maritime autonomy and defence space — stepping in when a capability is still undefined, politically sensitive or operationally complex.

A naval defence and underwater technology expert who combines deep operational credibility with commercial vision.

Former Commander in the Italian Navy, Antonio specialised in Mine Countermeasures (MCM), Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) and Maritime Uncrewed Systems. His career includes key NATO assignments, doctrine development, and leadership roles integrating next-generation technologies into naval forces.

He combines that operational background with commercial leadership across the European subsea and autonomy industry — helping defence innovators navigate complex ecosystems, position their solutions effectively, and align technology capabilities with mission needs. That dual perspective is what makes AJB Subsea's advisory genuinely independent and genuinely useful — to governments, navies and industry alike.
